Monday to Friday work time, Saturday, Su day off

Dislikes

Management policy on new product service, Sales policy in online and offline channel, Job security, Salary credit happens very late if 1st of month falls on Saturday, Vertical heads don't belong from same field hence they don't understand the market for Automotive dashcam. No policy of listening to employee issues.

Likes

Flexible shift and working environment is great in technical support department. Salary is on time. Company have started providing bonus now but before that there was only salary. HR department is helpful.

Dislikes

Polities is done by manager's in technical and R&D department at the time of increments after giving performance . Company should work on appraisals scheme. Company should provide Internal promotions baisi on skills and performance. Company should share any internal hiring posts in AMS portal, so that every one should be able to get an opportunity.

I am working in this company more than 1+ year. There is no growth provided. There is fixed shift and sat & sun off. Taking leaves is difficult. Technical manager is worst manager in the company. That need to be replaced.
