HR was not guiding right path for new employee to collect some further information regarding absl amc employee benifits. Upper management start third party products like loans life insurance health insurance Fd gold investments. They not focus on improving own funds performance. And my regional Manager targeting to employee and dominating them and after that employee will resigne and I'm one of them, No one work with him in absl amc rajasthan location and just because him aditya birla has lost honest,hardworking, employee.

The work lif balance is really good and the people are great.

Dislikes

There is no real realization for performance. Appraisals are biased and is purely like government firms (based on experience and contacts). No additional monetary benefits and the variable component is the highest in industry.

Terrific set of people right from CEO to junior level. Everybody is easily approachable. All Heads and CXOs are grounded. Very positive environment.

Dislikes

Sub functions within functions prefer to work in silos. After an initial couple of years, getting opportunity to upgrade skills becomes difficult.

Only think which I don't like in pandemic they laid off giving 1 month notice period specially to them who are on 3rd party payroll.it makes the difference between onroll nd offroll

Everything was quite good, when I joined the company I loved the work environment.

I don't dislike anything about the company but yeah your manager is most important role in job. He is main key who plays vital role in work culture.
