Great work-life balance, working culture is decent, good place to learn about insurance and how to work in general. Job security is very high.

Dislikes

Salary is easily the worst in the entire industry. Feels more like pocket money. Management isn’t rock-solid all the way. Promotions are best left forgotten. No yearly appraisals. Overall, a very good organisation to work for as long as you don’t care about earning a decent amount.

Only good thing for beginners is they got a good time to plan their alternative things and plan to grow themselves as the pressure is low. And no such very hard for a beginner to work with.

... No work methods and systems. 4. culture is not good and system is very slow. 5. They do not pay you TA but will say to visit your branches every single day. 6. Disclaimer to everyone who are opting to join Aditya Birla group life at Kolkata or east zone. Do not go under Puspita Ghosh. Be aware of her. No 1 worst lady still exists in the world.

...and in market the work culture of Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance is very worst. No self respect, no leave, even they are force you working on holiday and if you unavailable due to any of reason then your salary will be hold. Senior are doing harassment, here if you are good job here then you will not get the appreciate even seniors will blame you on your work. You unable to take a single leave here even if you have the health problems. The matter is if you are ready for do the labour work then they will pay you regularly. The official time is 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM but they will force to work for 08:30 AM - 09, 10, 11 PM regularly. If you denied for that then simple as before said your salary will be Hold. The HR policy is not available here. The managers are also using slangs in office. So overall it's not a good company for a long period. It's only little bit good for Just take the experience and fly 🕊️ away to a better place where you can utilise your knowledge for the organisational growth.

Office Timing (Minimum 12 Hours you need to spend in office). 7 Days working while they have Sunday off with Alternate Saturday off. Manager's behaviour because they are using slangs. No leave allowed while they have paid leave policy. No Work life balance. No Job Satisfaction. No respect while your performance also best. No integrity.

Good work environment, supportive managment. Company also provide attractive incentive structure.

...lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues at priority level. Salary is not as much it should be.

Totally disappointed with this company because teammates don't help to new employee. Training session is happening irregular and job security is 0% in this group. Most of all politics in this company is higher. Work life balance is also disturb because there was not showing that it's Sunday or Monday.

...y interest in new joining employees. Environment is also not good for sales man. Salary is a plus point in this company that it's come in account on time.
