The sole glimmer of positivity lies in the organizations affiliation with the Aditya Birla Group. In this region, it manages to attract talented candidates, However, due to poor management practices of ABSTCPL, many of these promising individuals find their careers adversely affected.

Dislikes

It appears that ABSTC, as an organization, is exhibiting characteristics more in line with a political entity than a research and development driven institution. The higher management primarily focuses on political maneuvering rather than the advancement of research and innovation. Regrettably, the behavior of the three function heads has been consistently described as problematic, marked by rough and unprofessional conduct. A significant portion of the local Marathi workforce views ABSTCPL as a haven for personal comfort. Furthermore, over the past three years, there has been a concerning trend of talented individuals from other states choosing to leave the organization.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
