Office starts at 10:30. They pay extremely well to compensate for everything else.

Dislikes

The business head has no awareness of industry. He compensates this with his arrogance and power plays. The chief commercials officer aspires to become the CEO although he is addicted to red chewing substance. The HR head lacks experience. The culture is terrible. Affairs are a stalemate. It is challenging for leadership managers here to find job anywhere else because of company culture.

They want people who are good at politics and ego satisfaction and not those who have skills to do the job. They would promote those who creates additional cost to projects than those who saves it. They hide all complaints if made by lower/middle management about the HODs

Overall for stablity and job security its a great organisation whose roots are ethics and morality.

Dislikes

which i felt its renewable business is extremly different from other business of ABG i.e. Ultratech, grasim, textiles.. Found Projects, opportunities & growth are limited. But if you want a constant life here you go.

Nothing to be liked apart from timely salary

Worst culture. The oldies don't work but get into a lot of politics No other benefits leadership is aware of the situation in the business but not bothered at all to make necessary changes. High attrition

Not so great place to work. Many issues due to new business, HR very less supportive

Dislikes

Bad culture, superiority complex by old ABG employee towards new entrants, Work life balance does not exist, leaves get lapsed but u can't avail as your manager won't approve leaves specially PL. This employer is not eligible to rejoin.
