I am working this company since 2006 & lots of challenges I face during this period & everybody support me.The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. They are organized lots of training program to built up culture.Its a ISO based company .So they are following the SOP & standards in each & every step.It is India's first & world's fourth largest insulator manufacturing company. My colleagues are come from various culture background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like company vision,mission & policy.

Compensation is not the up to mark,growth is slow.The work pressure is high.Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend user calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Nothing to like. It's doesn't matter how you work hard for company, they only find your mistakes and shout on you between all staff.. very very bad culture.. old employees don't want that new comers will join there.. they feel uncomfortable with them.. that is not good sign for a company.

Work culture is very very very very very bad.. Aditya Birla Group is good but this insulator business is very bad unit.. i highly recommended please think 5 time before join.. otherwise once you join after that you strongly feel that you came in real life hell..
