5 days week working and timely salary.

Dislikes

The management has not realistic about their long term goal and vision. They have very petty thoughts. Although part of such a big corporate house they have lack of clear vision, which leads to frustration among employees. Employee turn around is very high.

Working at Mpower, Aditya Birla Education Trust offers a blend of job satisfaction and the opportunity to create meaningful impact. One of the most rewarding aspects is knowing that the work I do contributes directly to the mission of destigmatising mental health and increasing access to quality mental health services. The organisation's commitment to ethical and qualified service delivery and the multidisciplinary approach to mental health interventions is commendable. This aligns closely with my professional values which makes these accomplishments more fulfilling. Additionally, the collaborative environment and support from colleagues and the management enhance the overall experience. fostering a sense of camaraderie. Overall, working at Mpower allows me not only to grow professionally but also to contribute actively to something larger than myself.

As a professional working for the last 25 years and of that last 6 years in ABET. I cant be more excited, motivated and grateful for the opportunities and growth I have experienced here. my hard work and dedication was recognized and I was given opportunities, challenges and support , that I havent experienced before. Starting from Head of one department to heading the company within 3 years of joining, has been nothing but a dream. It has been a culture of growth, learning and progress.
