Mandatory for all employees of Aditya Birla Capital (All 17 group companies) to do referral business. This is applicable for sales as well as non sales role where any retail business from Different Line of Business (LoB) needs to be done. This is part of KPI and if not done KPI is severely affected even for employees in non sales function like HR, Admin, Ops etc. per month one successful conversion needs to be done and it is being pushed from Chairman's level. This is very detrimental to employees as no other company follow this policy

This is an amazing multinational company.. I satisfy here with company culture , work satifaction and salary benifits.

There is no any demerit here to join ADITYA BIRLA CAPITAL (ABCL) according to me.

Office culture and employee's security is good. I have learnt lot's of things & work management along with the fun activities

Dislikes

Company is good for work but not for long time because of no growth for corrier. I have spent many years but still stuck in same salary. If you don't getting growth so we shall try other company, for better carrier.

Journey with the organisation for last 10 yrs has been great..full of experience. It is an incentive based organisation, so if u work you earn as it has a good incentive structure. It has followed the proper SOP in these covid times. No special care but organisation has not been harsh as well.

Dislikes

Bsli is a very good organisation but for a decade the salary structure stays the same.

Aditya birla capital is a very good employee oriented company ....company employee are so helpful n helped to each n every employee n company policy is good for all employee n customer of birla.

Salary hike n incentives are so low compare to other capital market company.
