Mandatory for all employees of Aditya Birla Capital (All 17 group companies) to do referral business. This is applicable for sales as well as non sales role where any retail business from Different Line of Business (LoB) needs to be done. This is part of KPI and if not done KPI is severely affected even for employees in non sales function like HR, Admin, Ops etc. per month one successful conversion needs to be done and it is being pushed from Chairman's level. This is very detrimental to employees as no other company follow this policy

This is an amazing multinational company.. I satisfy here with company culture , work satifaction and salary benifits.

There is no any demerit here to join ADITYA BIRLA CAPITAL (ABCL) according to me.

Job Security good, Work Culture also good. Company Policy and management not good.

No any Career growth, Salary is too low, you cant survive more than one year on my profile due to salary and benefits too low, no any conveyance in field sales job, only 15000-16000 in hand salary. Credit Manager too rude. No any leave allowed by reporting manager. Barakhamba, New Delhi Branch.

...ve appraisal system if one can take promotion by achieve goal sheet he can grow. Zero compensation of Fuel expenses and other bills you achieve your target you can take your fuel expenses only. Un necessary pressure of things. Worst operational and back office and MIS and online portal system. Everything is on links like login and renewals there is no Application for business acquisition. Zero support by seniors as they enjoy there levies life in their home and we as sales team running in field. I never saw my boss in any of my partners office not even my L1. Although they are in competition and want maximum market share but their standards don't even match with peer group across industry.

Journey with the organisation for last 10 yrs has been great..full of experience. It is an incentive based organisation, so if u work you earn as it has a good incentive structure. It has followed the proper SOP in these covid times. No special care but organisation has not been harsh as well.

Dislikes

Bsli is a very good organisation but for a decade the salary structure stays the same.
