Company is good for work but not for long time because of no growth for corrier. I have spent many years but still stuck in same salary. If you don't getting growth so we shall try other company, for better carrier.

Working culture is well established, great sustainability, great job security. Work life balance is very good. Family environment make us more friendly to work with team. It was a good feeling with working at Aditya Birla group

Mandatory for all employees of Aditya Birla Capital (All 17 group companies) to do referral business. This is applicable for sales as well as non sales role where any retail business from Different Line of Business (LoB) needs to be done. This is part of KPI and if not done KPI is severely affected even for employees in non sales function like HR, Admin, Ops etc. per month one successful conversion needs to be done and it is being pushed from Chairman's level. This is very detrimental to employees as no other company follow this policy

There is no any demerit here to join ADITYA BIRLA CAPITAL (ABCL) according to me.
