Coming from a Sales background with no experience in SaaS-based business still, I was allowed to handle a good position. I had some personal setbacks and the organization took care of the same and allowed me to take a break for some time till things were normal

Dislikes

I would strongly advice Management to take action against employees who are working against policies and presenting false information. Currently, to keep the career of the employee safe no action is taken.

Likes

Working here is a rollercoaster ride, you have to be updated always and ready to invest your time to get customer satisfaction, here you have job security, work culture is quite good, peoples are friendly and joyous, management is easily approachable and supportive.

The only things that bothers me is time management and after office life, lack if opportunity and growth else everything is fine

Dislikes

Totally single owner run company. Work culture is totally unethical. No respect for new employees. Old employees are totally insecured about new staff replacing them hence they they try to suppress and demotivate the new joinees. No professionalism when it comes to work. Abusive and foul language is on top of mouth. Rules change as per the mood of the owner. In short i would say total lala company. Do not join this company even if your jobless as you will screw your career with such unprofessional people around.
