Every thing is ok but i feels People are not little bit aware about safety. ( e.g. keeping materials in front safety door or on stairs.) Want one more thing, management should arrange monthly adressal & employees should do kaizens and should sustain it .

Through out this pandemic company not even gives us 3 months payment...we are not a rich people who can leave their life without job and payment .and i think this is not a good behavoiur as an organisation towards the employe.company not even think what we faced during this lockdown.andfrom recent 5 months we are at home.they did not even call to rejoin the company.and we still waiting for rejoining.I hope after this reviews some changes will happend in management.And what i dislike about the working with adinath is the behaviour of senior of my deparment .she is so rude
