Compensation and financial growth/annual increments are pathetic. Adient would be dream company for those people who are on the verge of their retirement, not for strugglers.

Adient is leading MNC in the sector of Automotive Seating design sector. The team mates have supporting and helping nature. Work environment is perfect and work-life balance is good there.

Dislikes

Since I'm an External engineer and works on 3rd party pay-roll, so there is a high job insecurity. After the project is over, the external engineer are released immediately, without any notice period.

Job security, learning and development are best things at adient. Salary is also good but not satisfactory.

Dislikes

Salary structure need to be updated based on comparison with other competitor companies. Education assistance policy not present here. For higher education, either you need to leave your job or need to manage by other ways. On-site opportunities are very less currently.

They gave me salary in lockdown due to goverment norms. But after that they deducted my salary every month and now they terminated me by giving the reason of recession.

No opportunity to grow. There is no value for talent and hard work. U need to maintain good contacts with the upper management people's.thats how this company works.

The company is open to innovation and really adopts latest technology I love the sact that I am a part of a team that marketd reliable,high quality and has a global clint base..i also like the employee re-hire policy here..i love my adient......

compensation is decent ,but growth is slow.the work pressure is high.sometimes I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day.hance senior folks like me have to guide them step by step,which is apain sometimes..
