...s completely opposite of Johnson controls;here No increment from last 4 years...financial growth not here in Adient and also job security is main concern in Adient now a days one of the sudden they are kicking people under the name of cost cutting

Adient has no job security,you will not find any financial growth...they are kicking people under name of cost cutting globally...as since 3 years company has not given any increment to employee,and they ar busy in expansion only..but not passing the benefit. company following the IT culture keep Big bananas happy small bananas will not be an issue they will be in dozens available in market..big bananas will take work from small bananas

Job Security, work culture, work-life balance is pretty good in Adient. Benefits like transport and food is best in sector i guess.

Compensation and financial growth/annual increments are pathetic. Adient would be dream company for those people who are on the verge of their retirement, not for strugglers.

Job security, learning and development are best things at adient. Salary is also good but not satisfactory.

Salary structure need to be updated based on comparison with other competitor companies. Education assistance policy not present here. For higher education, either you need to leave your job or need to manage by other ways. On-site opportunities are very less currently.

They gave me salary in lockdown due to goverment norms. But after that they deducted my salary every month and now they terminated me by giving the reason of recession.

No opportunity to grow. There is no value for talent and hard work. U need to maintain good contacts with the upper management people's.thats how this company works.

The company is open to innovation and really adopts latest technology I love the sact that I am a part of a team that marketd reliable,high quality and has a global clint base..i also like the employee re-hire policy here..i love my adient......

compensation is decent ,but growth is slow.the work pressure is high.sometimes I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day.hance senior folks like me have to guide them step by step,which is apain sometimes..
