Nothing.. It's a completely fraud company run by a fake individual named SG ( He never shares his complete name or his whereabouts)

...and batches without paying their salaries stating that they are underperformers. They have now moved into a commission only structure, where there is no base salary, you only earn incentives based on the sales you generate. There is no way to verify whether your leads are getting converted so you have to go by what they tell you. Although, it's a contractual job, this guy SG will show you big dreams about how much incentives you can make ( which no one has ever got in reality) and will push you to put in extra hours. He was trying to suggest that I should work 17 hrs a day( without any salary and OT) so that I can earn good incentives( He is nothing more than a buffoon). I was lucky, despite not having any transparency, I managed to contact a few employees on social media and got their honest feedback. I saved myself as I left immediately. Honest suggestion, don't waste time here, You won't make any money whatsoever. It's a big scam and SG is one of the biggest scammers who have worked with a few scam solar companies in the past. So, better stay away from these scammers.

Almost everything is bad. 12-15 hours of duty, no salary payment. CEO SG is a big scam itself. I am lodging cyber crime case against him soon with 10-12 other ex-employees soon. US embassy will also get notified. He stay in Goa & scamming people in the name of recruitment. Dont join & spoil your time/career.

...line forms. If you ask me to type one word for that company i will say pathetic. He force me to resign and didn't clear my 22 days salary. He sent me an employee FNF clearance form after 5th month of my resignation and asked me fill it for my 22 days salary. I submitted the form in June 2022 but still waiting for my 22 days salary/ FNF. He will reply you on Skype or email once you left the company. He is inhuman creature.
