It was terrible. I mean higher management is disgusting and arrogant. Also, All the employees are illeterate

Everything.. they will pay you less and give you a check on 10th of every month.. It's like an office of old Lala's.

There was very toxic work culture. Especially the founders/bosses were toxic, engaged in negative gossips about employees. Overloaded us with more clients than we could handle, and even after two months of end of probation period they didn't increase the salary as promised. There was so much manipulation and backbiting going on.

Dislikes

The toxic and abusive nature of bosses. There was exhibition of passive aggression/microaggression at times and subtle disrespecting comments by them towards the employees.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
