This organisation is not at all functioning since last 7/8 years. The workforce is getting salaries (2014 salary structure) for sitting idle. The new management is not at all professional one. They are recruiting new comers with high salaries.

Innovative culture.delay in salary.people get good salary and high post mostly due to relationship.no value is given to hard working persons.

I dislike groupism ,oiling nature.I don't like wasting time by moving around boss or sitting in his chamber complaining about others and discussing personal useless matter.

In adhunik metaliks teammates are very helpful and mixing but job security , career growth, salary and appraisal is average and working enviroment is very poor and more politics involve.
