Terrible organisation to work with. No work life balance, no work satisfaction. Salary is never on time. These days it feels like we'll be getting the salary or not.

Likes

The only thing to like about the company is its office which is good along with the projector room. The best recipe to lure in customers and increase bookings (generate revenue).

Dislikes

The sales team faces immense challenges ranging from long working hours (12-14 hours, 6 days a week) to salary delays (at times 1 month late - for instance, the salary for the month of April would be credited to the account in the last week of May).

Worst company, salary delays are there.the upper management is useless no clear direction from them. They are now hiring freshers and people from different industries so they can be fooled and can come on less salary. No HR structure and policy. No appraisals. Join if you have no ambition in life

...ctually as of now, sold land from that project and still telling lies to people. As an employee prospective I can say that you’ll not get salary on time they don’t have any fix date, salary also delays. Because of shortage of manpower the leftover employees do sourcing and closing both.
