High Compensation, Good CTC but you will get nothing apart from your salary (No Internet Bill, No Phone Bill etc)

No learning if you are New to something, Poor management, The Managers use abusive language in common conversations, No Work Life Balance, You will need to work for 10-12 hours on a daily basis, Being an startup, running from a Home with Home Chair and Tables, No Health Insurance, No Job Training.
