...fits, such as paid leave—only one leave day per month, which doesn’t carry over. Salary payments are also irregular, with no fixed dates. The HR department is highly unprofessional, rarely responding to calls, and you have to repeatedly request basic things like salary slips, which are not provided automatically. Once your contract ends, they claim they will call you back for future projects, but these promises are never kept. Ultimately, they jeopardize the careers of their employees.

...nline solutions ,based on my experience i would like to suggest you because, 1. No salary Slip 2. No Salary on time 3. No HR policy once you joined HR will not picking up your phone 4. Instant fire without giving any reason if you deploy as a client 5. when you left the company your F&F will not be given by you and HR will not picked up your phone. Don't waste your time to join such type of LALA type Company.

Colleague are supportive and Management is also supportive. Salary On Time at my time on 7th of every month.

At my joining time HR told me that Monday to Friday working days but when I joined I found that Monday to Saturday working days. And No Paid leaves at the time of COVID 30% salary deduction.

such ADG send you for NIC (Social Justice ) Never Join . There is Anand verma is director of social justice he is totally black head about development . They always cry on people. they don't know private or contract employ is also man they treat you are machine.

Very bad ADG not pay if NIC(Social justice empowerment) director anand verma fire you. After 20 days work in his office. Anand Verma is sweet poison man . IN 20 days work i see all team member called him SIKARY. It is true i saw there he is made(Fire) SIKAR any one. Every one fearful for there job .That he fire any one any time.
