Sometimes, the works gets bored and still Some are old tech, but now they are regaining and developing mostly.

Good company for freshers. Any one can easily get developed under the guidance of well experienced team members. Complete work from home option helps to maintain work life balance.

Nothing simply tortured and u get feel of resign job thoughts no leave no brain and selfish team members

Dislikes

Team member arrogant, coward, selfish and tortured both in 1st and 2nd level only blame and discourage and tortured particularly Manual Review team 2nd level qc team mark error and damage 1st level daily meeting conduct & u roasted u cant get any peaceful here I get layoff also totally waste my career no one join here ur life is destroy and u get cornered

- The organization has an open door policy and exposure to senior leaders and opportunities to learn from their experience is very high. - The work is very dynamic and challenging. - Everyone is approachable and the environment is very collaborative

Dislikes

- work timings are hard as there is a need to overlap with US workforce - the perks are limited

Low level employees are very friendly and very flexible

Dislikes

No career growth, there is no HR team to assess what is good for employees, company started for their previous venture employees. Management don’t trust the employees
