Good salary. Company spend a good amount of money on you.

No job security company can schedule a meeting with you rather they directly for you or transfer you in worst location. Very poor promotions. HR will harass you if you are do not obey or had resigned or serving notice period. Even they own don’t follow their policies

High salary. The infrastructure is good.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture. No work-life balance. No systems and processes, employees who try to bring processes are thrown out in the name of not being efficient. No job security. There is no mental peace, anyone can call you anytime 24/7, everything is urgent. Actually no leaves in the name of the no leave policy.

The company discriminates between on-roll and contract workers and does not include them in the parties.
