The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. I spent days debating whether to bring it up. I didn’t want to come off as insecure or difficult. But I also couldn’t un-know what I knew. Eventually, I had an honest, data-backed conversation with my manager. Turns out, I was right and they revised my pay. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me this: silence doesn’t protect you. Companies run on numbers. If you don’t negotiate, you leave money on the table. Have you ever been in a similar spot? How did you navigate it?

Horrible experience. Don’t go to give interviews there. First they tell a different salary to you then offer a different one. Use you to give demo classes for which they don’t pay. Tell you that they’ll provide reimbursement but don’t even put you on payroll. Save your time and money and apply somewhere else. There’s a lot of gossiping and back stabbing in which higher authorities are involved. They’ll offer your position to someone else behind your back. No management, nothing is there. I was told that I’ll be on payroll from 1st April and the training will be paid. Till now that’s 12th April they haven’t put me on payroll and say that I am confused.

Manipulative,No work ethics, first they tell you the schools are nearby but after you start working they give the schools very very far because all the schools under them are in the outskirts they will give work whenever they want without asking or telling even when your working as consultant doctor.

I really like the management, the way they are trying to engage all the employees in this situation, like training , and other activities.

The only thing i dislike is, that during this difficult time , when each and every one is facing problems physically, mentally, financially. Some of us are belongs to not so supportive background, and we are the only hope for our family, but due to not getting any income we are facing so many finacial crisis. Even the job opportunities are less, so we cannot move to other job as well our only hope is our current job. But from that we are not getting anytype of support thats really sad. We are depending on company completely and everyday we hope that everything will be all right one day, but the truth is we dont know that when its all end exectly, and how much time it will take.
