Exposure to variety of tasks even if hired at different job role and job description. Continuously getting assigned your work as well as getting your TL and others work too keeps you busy and away from boredom. Communication with accounts team is funny and nonsensible which gives you a laugh break from hectic work .

Dislikes

Fake job descriptions ,Hired at particular and very different JD and gave data entry like listing work . Accounts team have nonsensical ,fake blaming, communication and lacks knowledge of work leading to fake accusing of lies. Team lacks knowledge ,instead of teaching them their work is transferred to someone else resulting in burnout. Getting your own work,team leaders work and others work too leading to burnout. Fake reviews everywhere fools you falling into the trap.

No need to work overtime. No as much work pressure.

Dislikes

They have no attention to the basic amenities like for washroom (sometimes no water to use), for refreshments. Very bad management. HR is just for show don't do any work. gives no attention to the employees
