The management understands our needs and helps in case of emergencies. If we have some financial trouble they provide intrst free loans. Free food at mess during work days.

Some employees get more salary than others. Team leads do wfh and do not respond properly.

Never join this company. I have cleared both technical round very well. Hr asked me for salary expectations. They were ok with that I sent my salalry slip everything but after few days they said they are not ready to proceed with that. Terrible company I wanted to give 0 stars but unfortunately there is no option. Don’t even give interview for this company don’t waste your time.

Everything is worst. They give updates of interview after 1 month and they will keep you on hold finally they will tell you look for other opportunities. Poor company they don’t have budget to afford you.

The management is very understanding and gives personal attention even if your a new joiner, full 3 meals and tiffin everyday, food is good. night time drop provision also there. Good place to learn and develop skills while new challenges from abroad clients improve your skills. seniors help in learning and give responsibility.

High level of politics, you can be fired anyday. HR don't listen to new employees. Absolutely terrible work life balance. Not at all recommended for family persons. There is always stress because you are always under micro managent. Seniors will shout at you and insult you if you ask for doubts. There is no place for logical explanation, you will be always judged.
