... RM persons to learn about instruments handling, Assays and RS, GC Preparations. Salary is ok for freshers but experience personal lls getting more salary. Overall company is good.

Some aspects I don't like but I can't explain here.

Work environment was good except for the poor managers in middle management.

Dislikes

Poor career and compensation benefits. Excessive political plays from middle management to the lower group members. A wonderful leader may not always give wonderful results unless the middle management can execute plans through the lower employees.

Company has a lot of products. Have continuous production. Can exposure a multiple areas.

Dislikes

Working hour is too high almost 12 Hrs. Even night shift working hour is more than 12 hours. There is no sitting arrangement during work.

As I fresher I joined to this company they are very good and they are supporting me in each and every step it makes me better learning and developing my skills with good organisation and friendly staff .

Have to wear formals regularly.

Everything, HO(IBD) very Unprofessional, have zero knowledge on business. If you want work under him better to drop and wait for good opportunity where you can develop yourself.
