I appreciate working at ADCL ,as a fresher ,I received excellent guidance & mentor from my colleagues & HOD'S .The learning opportunities are great ,& the company maintains a positive culture with a secure environment for female employees .Additionally,the well managed events,extracurricular activities ,& absence of office politics make it a pleasant & supportive workplace.
