Promotions,salary are not for working staff and some will get within a year due to bias, no active involvement of HR, salary structure is huge varry within a dept. who will control us not sure, no standard work procedures, designation is formal and no powers/no down the lane reporting structure. need to work as per directions of high voice people.

...ttering up or flattering the senior management/ leadership without deliverables. The poor technical knowledgeable individuals will be promoted to GM, DGM or Senior Manager with a high package by buttering up the VP level officials. Senior Management believes in favouritism and support buttering staff blindly.

Dislikes

A technically sound person will be criticised by the senior management or non-technical staff. Without any deliverables or ownerships, the less technically knowledgeable individuals will be promoted to GM, DGM or Senior Manager using the skill of "buttering-up" or "flattering." A less experienced person without special skills or an additional qualification/ degree leads the department, and a more than fifteen year experienced person with exceptional skills and additional qualifications/ degree works under the less-experienced person.

...tie-ups, no focus on employees growth. Only churn them for organization goal. 6) part of salary deducted every month and then given as lumpsum bonus. BONUS is clearly given in other organization as part of organization profits, not employees salary. 7) mere 10 days leave in entire year after you have worked 6 days every week. No chance nor time to declutter from office politics and negativity. 8) laid back attitude of senior management. No support to juniors , only exploiting their talent, time & money. 9) very pathetic HR policy. And overly poor mediocre HR team from basic colleges. They are mere puppet to management. 10) senior management biased towards favorite.

Company culture - there isn't one High reliability on hyperscalers for business Definitely not a process driven firm The entire design team (except for a rare one or two individuals) is a joke and by far the weakest functional vertical within the firm. 20% of the people end up doing 80% of the work No real recognition for people who toil at site Candidates are hired for one location and end up working in a completely different location There are no subject matter experts in the company. Everyone has an opinion on everything.
