Salary- The salary structure is not appropriate as per the experience of the employee as they still use to follow all the old policy which have been made in the year 2007, so no updation on it. Promotion - Company have fixed their policy of promoting the candidate which is minimum of 3 years which doesn't favour the new employee hard work as promotion should be based on output instead of all those old policy made in 2007. Opportunity - They provide back to back promotion to GETs,They come in organisation & gets to learn everything with all the experienced employees and afterwards these GETs gets good growth in career wise but old employees don't get any hikes, promotion and few cases u will even start working under those GETs who have got trained under u,So overall this policy is not good and it needs updation. HR- ADANI HRs are typically of old generation as of now and they believe on hard working instead of smart working which needs them to understand. Also, their 3 rating of Top, Strong & Good doesn't satisfy the today's era so that needs to be discussed with the employee during appraisal..

Work life balance If you reach by 9:30AM you can go by 6:00PM sharp No late sittings unless you deliberately want to do and spoil the work culture People are down to earth and on a personal level always ready to help

Internal politics No woke from home Slow career growth Very long process of work leading to slow growth of projects

People are only interested in politics. No proper work procedure. HOD are only interested to keep their side safe. No guidance. Zero learning and enhance your skill. Only one thing can be learned is political and buttering.

Freedam to work at your own,you can take ownership of your work and take decisions .Very good friendly environment between seniors as well as coligue .

Very stringent systems but it required for every growing corporate compony

Bekar company , policy not good, culture like not technical, work satisfaction zero, nothing about skills development .all superior technical knowledge like supervisor, nothing quality work.
