Group norms for Salary and benefits are as per MNC. PMS System is adhered. Employee Facilities are good in terms of Term Insurance, Medical Insurance etc. Growth is good.

Dislikes

Certain locations are not at all good for work life balance, culture is very poor, Management is not at all bother about putting right culture. many employee are from Lala kind of companies and they are very micro managers, unethical and unorganised. Think twice and take suggestions before joining in Logistics

This is a very good organization to work. Having good work culture and cooperation anong employees.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike here. I want career growth and increased salary. This can be achieved by changing company. As most companies, growth and increament is not substantial in same company, it is also true for Adani also.

...e area of domestic warehouse is very bad even here management is not supportive.they don’t give good salary hike and bonus of every year is very low
