Team members are friendly and supportive. Salary on time. Birthday celebration of all employees Cricket organizing on Sunday and sometimes car driving.

Dislikes

No proper process for decision making. Everybody is taking decision for each other and lots of blame game and arguments. Canteen food average but chargeable for same meals different amount as per grade of employees. No work life balance. No good hike. Too much work load and no new hirings. 5.5 days working on paper but they spoil mostly full Saturday. No shift allowances.

- Salary is not as per market. It's far below the market. - Huge gap on Salary and position between Employees within organisation with same experience and qualification.

... person who is honestly working the all team member play politics game with him. And other for off roll employees they are only give less salary and no benefit at all, learning and development is zero.

... team lead. Excellent office ambience, very clean, comfortable and hygienic. On time salary disbursement. Very good cafeteria.

Though salary is on time, but career growth is very slow. Lot of complexity in internal processes, hence working gets slow down

1) Very nice office ambiance. 2) nice and supportive team mates and reporting officer. 3) travel distance is very less as office is just 3 km away from residential area. 4) good learning opportunities with extensive use of online trainings. 5) huge canteen.

Dislikes

1) politics among top management 2) management doesn't address our issues. 3) very poor salary increments. 4) responsibilities are not clear among key stakeholders.
