While it’s a well-established company with strong industry presence, I believe there are better opportunities elsewhere for professional growth.

Very low increment not diversified company salary not par.. company is full with GETs in every vertical decision taken by chairman solely with no prior notice fully lobby in HO with site team. Never support site team. Lots of compliance all day . only meetings no practical experience of HO team

In the name of hike or market correction it will give only 3% instead of correct the salary of employees as compared to market

Work pressure is to high. Earlier management was good now management want everything from you. They are hiring C class contractor leading to abnormal project pressure. They want you to arrange the surveyor, resolve ROW, arrange contractor, prepare bill, etc etc. most of the good managenent is leaving company. Attrition rate is high.

Poor Appraisal, Promotion as per management wish not as per your contribution, people who wish to talk about big things and do nothing will get promoted, here to survive only skills required is talking big things & buttering. Top management is worst, Dectatorship. Policies are not at all sync with ground realities.
