Alternate Saturday are working Nepotism not in Bollywood you just come here if you want to see all relatives are in higher position HR is just do buttering to Ahmedabad head office to save their job And many more things which I can mention here

Lala culture Saturday working Personal fiefdom HR is only on paper Stupid decision making Irrelevant micromanagement by leadership team just to save their jobs Leadership doesn’t have any say. They just do what the promoter family says.

Great collaborative teams that work across functional teams. You will get to work on good products. Leadership is good but people below leaders are just doing their 9-5.

Dislikes

Managers are the dumbest as they won't have any say in promotions. So, managers get themself into micromanaging and push everyone to manage their time efficiently rather than being productive. This company also promotes the culture of being early and leaving late for no reason.
