BASICALLY YES, IT WAS PLEASURE WORKING WITH ADAM , SPECIALLY WIL GLENN BOND WHO WAS CHIEF QUALITY ENGINEER FROM UNITED STATES. OVERALL IT WAS GOOD LEARNING SKILL AND WAS DEVELOPMENT OF TOWNSHIP PLANNING WITH BEAUTIFUL BUNGALOW AND HIGH RISE BUILDINGS.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high , But it was Good for us we're we can learn more,I had to work 14 to 18 hours in day and night continue, Management was valuing individual but due to some problems and issues it hurted the company and employee s.

...have fresher want to take new challenge as well as create name in the company. As i know company do timely salary increments, appraisal on performance and most of the time every has every employee has chance to speak with Management which may not be there in other companies. Management itself takes more to create good environment in the company. There is no unfair system in company about the salary , Career growth, Arrival of office timing.

I regret that company is not providing any salary over time work.
