...ime is 9.30 to 7.30and salery realse on mont 1 st but payroll cycle was 40 days.that mean aapko 40 days ki salary means 21 jan to 20 Feb ki salary 1st of April milegi.40 din Kam krne bad 30 din ki salary milegi.

After a year, realised nothing to like because company only believe in their profit no value to employees work Life balance and emotions

...cent freshers do not give PF till 6 months probation period, neither gives govt. holidays nor double pay and forced to do WFH. No Human resource policies get followed any time termination can give without warning letter, no job security. Toxic work culture and work Life balance totally destroyed by management. Overall Mentally harrasment. Please cross check and clear all points mentioned before joining this organisation from existing staff you will get the same answer. And no service letter/experience letter issue after exit and ignore loyal employees.

...y for another month for which they will be offering me a different compensation. Neither did they clear my incentives nor my last month’s salary . Instead of informing the hr and management multiple times no action was taken.
