Work-Life Balance in Acxiom is awesome. They give good compensation. Job Security depends on individual performance. It is a very good company.

Dislikes

I don't see any concrete framework for career and growth in the organisation. There is lack of resources and facilities (online or offline) which would foster/diversify ones technological portfolio.

As a SAS Administrator, I have found ample opporrtunities to apply my excertise in managing SAS enviorements efficiently. My journey as a SAS Admin at Acxoim Technologies has been fullfiling and rewarding.

There isn't anything, in my opinion, to dislike about acxiom technologies.

You can learn alot in this organization regarding your work. You will learn how to be individual.

Dislikes

The partiality. Senior employees over commanding. No recognition. No job security. The way the management treatment, there is no equality. Management never listen your issues. They always thinks that what senior employees says that is correct.

Job security along with work life balance if the benefit at Acxiom. Also work culture is pretty good.

Dislikes

Hardly any promotions, hardly any appraisals and a very small company at the most 15 people in HQ. Rest all employees are on site.

There process are too fast and had the good impression on interview except HR round

If you are employed by the company then you should submit the SSLC original certificate, they asked me to submit the certificate. Work culture, client favouritism and they give priority to the client words and not consider the employee mindset and mentality. They treat u like they own you. So disappointed. very careless about the privacy and policies. Won't even have separate software like outlook, google meet (we want to use our personal mail id for all the communication shits.) that too have to use ur own internet to do the office work as well, and they won't provide any kind of claim.
