Got terminated from the office stating -> You were hired in our company as an Operations Coordinator and deputed at our Corporate Office, and relevant documents like Appointment letter etc. were offered to you by the company. 2. Due to Covid 19 pandemic, followed by nationwide lockdown. There is uncertainty in the company's business overall. A lot of customers have renegotiated prices and lot of customers have denied revenues and payments during this lockdown. All these, put together has created a negative impact on the business financials and it seems this trends will go on for a longer period of time. It is imperative for the company to consider cost optimization options in order to sustain. 3. Considering above problems, the company has decided to remove the position of "Operations Coordinator". 4. It was not an easy decision to part ways as you have been performing your duties diligently and have always worked hard for the company. Due to unfortunate circumstances, we hereby give you a 30 days’ termination notice with effect from 23rd May 2020 and your last day will be 22nd June 2020.In between this, if you get a job opportunity you will be relieved accordingly and will be paid as per the FNF process. 5.
