The seniors in the organisation are very helpful. You will get to learn a lot. You can get work of multiple domains if you show capability of doing good work.

Policies could be more stringent and should be flexible for couple of team members.

As an intern you will definitely going to learn in this firm. They allocate work on merit basis and not on experience basis. Basically, I have also reported to directly Partners for some work.

Dislikes

Terrible work-life balance. If a person is unwilling to work for long hours, they directly or indirectly make them feel guilty. Long hours working is not a choice here.

Great learning culture which helps you personally, helps you to serve your clients better and helps you to grow in the organisation. Further, the friendly and fun culture helps you to grow socially. They make us learn managerial and leadership skills from day one.
