Good management and Company culture. Employees are treated with respect and strives to provide work life balance for employees

Pay scale for entry level positions are very less. Work is not very rewarding or challenging inturn impacting learning and skill development

A bit of learning and good compensation

Dislikes

There is lot of work pressure bad culture and unprofessional behaviour. Location of the office is not good lot of traffic at the peak hour. Although company provided transportation services but they remained inadequate most of the time. Many seniors had expertise in domain skills but totally lacked soft skills or mangerial skills. More women needed to promoted at senior level.
