The salary is great and the company tries to keep the morale up

Dislikes

It’s very hierarchical, the manager doesn’t talk directly to the analyst it goes thru three people for a very simple question. While your work will be appreciated thru hike but the politics makes it hard.

Likes

Strong relation with manager and teammates, employee oriented, regular fun or team activities, weekly meetings, on job trainings are provided to new joinee. Teammates are aware about everyone's work and always stood up to help whenever needed.

Dislikes

According to work load, the salary and hike are less compared with the other companies.

...ry research. 3. There is not anything that you will learn not a single thing. 4. They would make false promise while salary negotiation like you would be working on live deal etc so you should take less salary as we are koi, but once you join neither you will get the quality not the salary and you will end up regretting

Compensation is good +bonus, Work culture at the corporate level is nice, they arrange a lot of events even online as we are working from home and it's nice.

If you get the wrong team you are doomed, your feedback is not really taken into consideration,

Company is ok to work with. However there infrastructure is not good. Promotion policy is not good. Salaries are less. Work environment is ok, mostly depends upon how your manager behaves. Lastly, They have very limited parking slots.

Dislikes

Promotion policy, no learnings, they use employee and harass them for promotion. Salary hike is like you are asking too much.
