Dislikes

It’s a promoter driven company with only 6 employee and little to no scale / drive to grow. With the current growth, the appraisal process is below satisfactory. The older employees who have stuck around and are favourites get incentivised more. The attrition otherwise is very high with a Hire and Fire culture and employees quitting themselves.
