Salary is ok. But no career growth. work on old technology and no work life balance. Job starts at 9 o clock but ending has no time. It may go upto 12,1 at night.

Hire and fire rule. For freshers they take security deposit and they make you sign an agreement which says company may pay you back the deposit after two years of service, incase you are removed they can keep full amount with themselves and they have done it with many employees. On your last day they will inform you that you are fired without a notice period and security deposit. Atleast they should provide full security deposit because employees are willing to work there and it is their money. Even when employees work is satisfactory. No interaction at work is allowed, no help from colleagues or seniors even if you are a fresher. Official work time is 9 am to 6pm. But they make you sit till 10 pm and sometimes expect you to sit till 1 am or 3 am during release even during training /skill up period

No career growth. Toxic environment. You are not allowed to use your logic in the coding and programming. Work on old technology like WPF, VB.Net and Windows form No work life balance.

Everything. It is a sh*thole avoid. Chetan, Swapnil, Milap are the most toxic people you will ever see. I used to think Krishnamoorthy was sensible but he too sucks. Do not for your own mental healths sake.. do not join this organization.

No Concept of job security. Salary/Appraisal is based on years of experience not on your performance. Please do not talk about innovation, they do not even celebrate festivals.
