If you join the company after a week you get to understand that the there is not such a thing you will like about the company because they treat you like they paid for your life

Dislikes

There are many dislikes about the company as there is no proper management no project line up , suddenly the project comes and the company promises to deliver it by tomorrow without discussing with the team and the manager , and the manager they have being appointed have no skills there are certain employees there who have more exp than the motion graphics manager but they have given the post to the person who don't deserve as he has only 3 years of overall experience and has started career in the same company, they appointed him as manager because many employees resigned from the job because of the work culture and no because of late salary, the manager has no management skills how to handle and manage projects the employee discuss on there own and meet the deadline and the manager go and tell to higher authority he managed the things and have made the project , and CEO too listen to his shit , and it's the honest review you can ask to any of the hard working employee worked in the company , if you are thinking of your personal growth this company is not for you , because the company won't give you any salary hike , at appraisal time they will say they have no money so and so and make late salary payment,

The only thing I liked about this company was some of the people i worked with

no managing of things, projects would be decided suddenly with no reason, the company name changed thrice, late payments, fake interest in employees. no clearance of payments even after leaving the company. This is not a good place to work. very much full of ego people.

Everything is here fine ..i got to learn lots of new things and having growth & progress here but One thing which I personally hate that is Salary Timing ....
