I have been associated with Active since 13 years now and it is one of the finest company to work in. In all these years I have experienced employees have freedom to share their ideas and work together due to which we feel accepted, valued and have a sense of belonging to achieve both business and performance goals. It is the right place for a person who wants to work for a company that is growing, innovating and trying new things.

Dislikes

There is nothing that I dislike about Active. After working for the organization for such a long time its feels we are working for our own company and together we aim to achieve our predetermined goals effectively and efficiently.

It's bad experience of my life . management behavior with employees and staff members like animals. SO Many workers lay off by Company due to covid- 19. It can't support or help any single worker .

There is a lot of political. Honest workers can't work in this company.
