If you salary is low then you can join but if you have secure job then don't join as here job security is very terrific. High politics, no ethics in company, always fired employees during tough time, no food facility, no transport facility, no night shift allowance, no perks, no attendance bonus, it is just like do hardwork and get your grass full of water.

No growth -- for salary , u will end up with same work till retirement, if u want to grow u need to become chatu employee. Double pf deducted, u r salary cut every month and give u that in Diwali bonus, no policy on leave and conveyance , for every u need approval.

...rslef for get promoted. HR is very powerful and support for honest employees. Company policies are very good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
