Nothing much at pros, but one can join here as a fresher to learn basics and work. it would be a good platform to learn. No targets so lesser pressure.

1. The management( HR and associates of HR) 2. Pay is low 3. no overtime( but you have to work more than usual timings) 4. no professionalism (0%) 5. politics at every level.

Partiality , cast feeling , lot of politics, department head politics , not supporting, heads level people follow divide and rule, Teammates are not supportive, very bad experience.
