carrer growth zero frequent relocation will be there salary will vary after Hr interview almost 80 percent of managers are dumb they are not upgraded with cuurent scenarios including L&D, CAD mangaers ,cae managers, senior HR and assistant HR, finance and lms teams are good apart from them remaining all will butter the top level us people and they will enjoy worst experience almost 7 years in that company i have worked . evryone is dumb in management side . HR never support employess they will stand only with project managers side . HR DEPARTMENT IS COMPLETELY ZERO IN THIS ORGANIZATION TOPlevel management should hire new team almost many sitting here for long period with zero efforts they will work like tortise no proactive Managing director look in to them very closely only buttering to md and higher level people .employee happiness is not valued in this company , work life balance is zero its not my opinion almost 80 percent people in this mood , only managers live happily in this company sorry to say this . but this what happening in this organisation worst experience come acrossed in this 7 years

Everything- no promotions, no learning, no projects, poor management, low salary structure, poor work distribution, unrealistic deadlines

...ire, company really looks for employees that indian companies wont even bother My personal experience is when i am in this company no tension about easi company regarding salary and benefits n leaves

No dislike and never in case of easi but can be better in providing percentage hikes

Good for self learners and beginners, approachable leadership, flexible working time, prompt payment of salary not even a day delay, a good place for those who doesn't have much career ambitions, you can take plenty of leave

Dislikes

Office politics, apolitical people will never grow, get good hike or on-site, on-sites strictly reserved for previlaged ones. For few seniors they will raise H1b visa's applications but will never sent them even if they win lottery. no appreciation, rewards or other benefits though the company boast of it. ( limited to quaterly team lunch in an avg Restaurent, dewali sweets and once in 2-3 yrs. goodies like bag, jackets, etc. that too it's not branded within Rs- 500 to 750 ps.that quater there wont be team lunch :-) ), no value for ideas and performance. Good for beginners. As soon as you complete 5 years, get out else find a godfather who can take care of everything else.

1. Package is very less by comparing with experience and market 2. Promotion and nurturing parallel power and opportunities are very less 3. They will give small gifts to the employees for the eye wash and eat all the properties. 4. Appreciations rarly happens 5.Many people resigned because of the Package and Promotion issue 6.
