Career growth sucks, compensation benefits are terrible, management attitude towards developers is very very bad, Favoritism and nepotism. To put in simple words as long as they get paid they don't care about anything not about the client's best interests, developer career growth, etc...

Everything i dislike here, in vivid time i woked more than 12 hours in a day, but they didn't even pay me the extra salary this is one of the example. They will cheat using tactics , they will not mention the CTC in the offer letter.

In ACS people has so many faces. It's really hard to trust someone. They never provide extra training for growth. Learning is bounded.apraisal is there but they don't give on time. Favoritism is there and that's best tool to get growth and appraisal.

Favoritism culture. Work doesn't matter for growth in supporting teams. People abuse on floor bluntly no edicates. Couspirasy against loyal people.
