R&D skills learning very good , You can learn many things in r&d , can make you strength in paint filed.

Lala Ki dukan , Join karne ke 3 din bad nikal dete hain employe ko , bolte hai kam salary par kam karo varna last company me jao . us company Ke kuch prachand ch.....ti....ye hain jaise ki Ash........k and Jit.....dr. 3rd grade management system .

Being an employee of Acro Paints i would like to share you that it is a place for self starter. No technical training nothing will be provided. Being a Mechanical engineer you have to apply your mind to solve complex machine related problem. Excellent work culture. Senior management is suppportive if you have calliber to prove your worth.
