Being an employee of Acro Paints i would like to share you that it is a place for self starter. No technical training nothing will be provided. Being a Mechanical engineer you have to apply your mind to solve complex machine related problem. Excellent work culture. Senior management is suppportive if you have calliber to prove your worth.

There is a lot of politics. Market image is nul. Dilers not setisfied with his service and margine. MD behavior is like lala ji कि dukan. Job security is nul. Work life balance is nothing.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
